Who We Are
MBT is led by Troy Joyner, PhD, PMP, ITIL, an IT strategist and project management professional with more than 35 years of experience across military, federal, defense contracting, and enterprise technology environments.
His work combines practical leadership experience, doctoral research in IT project management, and AI-enabled project intelligence to help organizations strengthen stakeholder readiness, stabilize execution, and improve project outcomes.
